tasteful teasers

We're inching towards Fall/Winter fashion week and as each day passes the more impatient I grow. The pre-fall collections have been revealed and I am already beginning to salivate!

Here are my fleeting interpretations thus far:

1. These sartorial compositions are formed with the use of cohesive, structured lines while the saturation is turned down a few notches to embrace a much more stringent colorway in comparison to the jewel tones that flooded the runways last year. However, the appearance of sheerling details and novelty knits add on some femininity to each piece.


2. Take note: Chanel, Wang, and Lanvin have cultivated an exemplary sample of pieces that gravitate towards the dark side without sacrificing allure. It's this very overcast of magnetism that is causing me to cross my fingers so other designers ensue on this theme throughout the next set of months.
